Dugout Pros Orders, Shipping, and Delivery Policy

This Orders, Shipping, and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains our procedures for placing orders, processing, shipping, and delivery of products. It forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

We specialize in used, pre-owned, or second-hand baseball bats (and eventually other baseball gear). All orders are subject to the “as is” disclaimers in our Terms of Service.

1. Placing and Processing Orders

•  Order Placement: You can place orders through our website https://dugoutpros.com/ by adding items to your cart, providing accurate shipping and payment information, and completing checkout.

•  Order Confirmation: Upon submission, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details (order number, items, total cost including taxes/shipping, and estimated delivery). This does not guarantee acceptance—orders are subject to review.

•  Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our Terms). If canceled, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method (may take 5–10 business days to process).

•  Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Used items may require final inspection before shipment, which could add 1–2 days. We’ll notify you of any delays.

•  Stock Availability: All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after ordering (e.g., due to multiple simultaneous purchases), we’ll cancel that portion and refund accordingly.

•  Modifications: Once an order is placed, changes (e.g., address updates) may not be possible if processing has begun. Contact us immediately at [your email] with your order number.

2. Pricing and Payment

•  Prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

•  We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Shopify Payments, as well as [other methods if applicable, e.g., PayPal, Shop Pay].

•  Connecticut sales tax (currently 6.35%) applies to orders shipped within Connecticut or where required by law. We may collect tax in other states based on nexus rules.

4. Delivery

•  No Liability for Delays or Loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delivery delays, lost/stolen packages after carrier handover, or damages during transit (file claims with the carrier).

•  Sustainability: We reuse packaging where possible to reduce waste—expect eco-friendly materials.
