Dugout Pros Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains our procedures for returns, refunds, and order cancellations. It forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

All products sold on https://dugoutpros.com/ are used, pre-owned, or second-hand baseball bats (and eventually other baseball gear). Due to their used condition, our return options are limited.

1. General Return Policy for Used Items

•  No returns for change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, performance expectations (e.g., “pop” or feel), cosmetic wear, or buyer’s remorse.

•  No returns on used items simply because they show signs of prior use, such as scratches, dents, barrel wear, knob marks, or other expected wear from previous ownership.

•  Returns are accepted only if the item is materially not as described in our listing (e.g., wrong length/weight/drop, incorrect certification like BBCOR/USSSA, or major damage not disclosed in photos/descriptions).

•  All items are sold “as is” per our Terms of Service—no warranties apply.

2. Return Eligibility and Process

•  You have 14 days from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking) to notify them of a claim.

•  The item must be returned in the exact same condition as when shipped—no new damage from your handling.

•  Include all original packaging and accessories (if any were provided).

This is a short window compared to many retailers (often 30 days), so act quickly if there’s an issue.

How the Return Process Works

1.  Initiate by email: Send to: info@dugoutpros.com with:

    •  Your order number

    •  Photos of the issue

    •  Explanation of how the item materially differs from the description

2.  Review: They review and respond (example given: within 3–5 business days). If approved, they send a return shipping label or instructions.

3.  Shipping back:

    •  If approved and the error is theirs (e.g., misdescribed item), they provide a prepaid label (they cover return shipping).

    •  Otherwise (if not approved or claim invalid), you pay return shipping.

4.  Upon receipt:

    •  They inspect the item.

    •  If valid → Process refund/exchange accordingly.

    •  If invalid (e.g., no real material discrepancy, or damage occurred after you received it) → They return the item to you at your expense.

Refunds
