That's why I created Dugout Pros. Every bat that enters our trade-in program is personally evaluated using a multi-point inspection process focused on safety, structural integrity, certification compliance, and on-field performance.

Email your bat details and Elite 8 photos to info@dugoutpros.com for a fast digital inspection and conditional quote.
Ship Your Bat
Securely package your bat and send it to Dugout Pros. We will reimburse your shipping costs with store credit. Qualified bats may receive a prepaid shipping label.
Get Credit
After passing physical inspection, your store credit is issued directly to your Dugout Pros account.

Frequently Asked Questions
What baseball bats can be traded in?
Most BBCOR, USA Baseball, and USSSA bats manufactured within the last several years may qualify, provided they pass inspection.
Do cracked bats qualify?
No. Bats with cracks, rattles, damaged end caps, severe dents, or structural issues are not eligible for trade-in credit.
How long does the process take?
Most digital inspections are reviewed within 24 hours. Final credit is generally issued within 48 hours after the bat arrives for inspection.
Can I receive cash instead of store credit?
No. Trade-in value is issued as Dugout Pros Store Credit and may be used toward future purchases.
Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions
- All trade-in offers are conditional until physical inspection.
- Store credit has no cash value.
- Dugout Pros reserves the right to adjust final value based on actual condition.
- Bats with hidden damage may be rejected.
- Once store credit is issued, ownership transfers to Dugout Pros.
