Unlike pure resale platforms that focus only on quick sales, Dugout Pros creates a positive, ongoing loop for young athletes.
Here’s How It Works:
1. Drop Off Gear
Players or Parents bring in used equipment to an Official Trade-In Post at one of our partnered facilities.
2. On-Site Check
Official Trade-In Posts evaluate the used equipment on the spot and fill out a simple Dugout Pros "Bat Trade-In Sheet" with the player's name and bat information.
3. Earn Vouchers
Based on our trade-in sheet, the value of the bat trade-in will provide players or parents with a ticket/voucher to use at the facility.
The ticket/voucher offers one of the following: discounted batting cage time, discounted private lesson time, or discounted training resources. This keeps kids playing longer, reduces waste, and helps connect players and parents with a local network of coaches and facilities across Connecticut.
Facilities that partner with us become Official Trade-In Posts. You’ll gain increased foot traffic from our growing community — which you can convert into more cage rentals, lessons, memberships, and pro-shop sales.
Dugout Pros handles the foot traffic, knowledge-sharing and weekly pick-ups of inventory so you can focus on what you do best: developing players.
